It was brief and got to the point, covering most pregnancy-related questions. It had useful exercises and a quick run-down on what to eat and what not to eat. It managed to avoid mentioning vitamin A though, even though it explained pat was bad for other reasons. Also, I wasn't a fan of it telling me not to eat chocolate and to stick to half-fat dairy options. I'd have much preferred it tell me just what was relevant to pregnancy and not try to stick me on a diet while I'm at it.

Common sense type info on health, nutrition, food dangers, avoiding infection and lots on fitness. Simplified entries with lots of illustrations make this more attractive than informative and of limited value.
