Review # 1 was written on 2013-08-21 00:00:00 Ralph Baker Quite outdated but with some interesting case studies. It would be a great book for reading 10-15 years ago but now is more about exploring the ideas which were predicted and comparing them with today. Lufthansa example was the best for me.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-10-22 00:00:00 Zem Nenka A lot of common sense statements, but relevant. More for the data quality rookie/business manager than the data analyst who most likely has seen the patterns described already.
