Review # 1 was written on 2010-08-30 00:00:00 Terrie Mclachlan The book was designed so that it would offer advice for people in different stages of the career planning process. The only problem with this is that there was advice on choosing a college and a major for those in high school, which really wasn't helpful. It also was not helpful if you just want to know more about common biology careers. This book gives a large list of different careers that you can pursue with a biology degree, and goes into more detail on some obscure careers. However, it does force you to look outside the box and see many more potential career paths.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-05-25 00:00:00 Luis Fernando Pena Argueta Very short concise book that gives you a little insight into what you can do with a biology degree. I did not find this book quite as useful as many of the resources online. I found that reading journals in my area of interest led me to some interesting profiles of people whose careers fell under the general umbrella of biology. Overall, a good basic book for someone pursuing a biology degree, but nothing too exciting.
