As one of the few Advanced Dungeons & Dragons materials I've read, keeping up with the physics/statistics/etc. presented in the writing is difficult, so I honestly don't know the implications of most of that being presented. Due to my somewhat good hold on Third Edition, however, if I had to update this material it would be one heck of a challenge for the Players to overcome. And given the trickery that comes into play on this adventure path, it definitely needs updating. I suppose one could overlook this for the sake of story, even if it's upsetting to the Players in the long run. But even after that, a lot of the logic that needs to be followed in order for the Players to succeed don't work out, and could lead to an argument that's highly unnecessary. It's an interesting concept all the same, and the detail of what they put in and the possibilities of them are engaging. And if not the whole adventure, ideas from this are worthy to being looked at in the very least.

Well, my gaming group loved the Sunless Citadel and the Forge of Fury, so we are continuing with the set and moving on to the Standing Stone. Can't wait to see what they come up with! Game has started with much fun had by all. I did change up a couple of things in the ending (for one, I am not making my guys go through a maze, I changed it up with some traps and a "decoder" door riddle. However, for the most part, this is a great campaign.
