Review # 1 was written on 2012-03-13 00:00:00 Chris Little reading through the preface of this book, i assumed that the the writer is a nationalist one. the book is some kind of documentation of an exhibition which have the same title, held in Spain in 1990's. the aim of this projects is to recognize Austrian Architecture and the contribution of it gave to the world. the book has many drawings and photographs so readers are able to understand the buildings. the book is nicely arranged into several chapters that helps reader to understand the changing moods (through dissolution of great empire, WWI and WWII, modernism etc)of Austrian Architecture. |
Review # 2 was written on 2017-07-26 00:00:00 Keith Mitchell It was a really hard book to read and understand. My class went through this WHOLE book in one semester, which was a very fast-paced schedule. The chapter I really enjoyed reading was the one about non-profit accounting, which mentioned my work place Girl Scouts. Out of the whole book, there were only 2 easy chapters. It didn't help that my professor assigned around 25-50 homework problem each week, which made me hated opening this book. |
