Review # 1 was written on 2021-07-22 00:00:00 Ark Verer 2.5 I didn’t love it. I didn’t hate it. I just don’t care. I’m sorry but the prose was unnecessarily hard. I love complicated prose but this is not even pretty. Half of it was Poe’s own writings and the other half, felt like the author put a dictionary in front of himself and tried to choose the most complicated word for every concept. I know he’s trying to write like Poe but eventually, it came out as pretentious.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-06-11 00:00:00 Melissa Gorby 4 1/2 stars A real hoot to see Edgar Allan Poe and Davy Crockett team-up to solve serial killings that the author was inspired by, utilizing many of Poe's most famous stories.
