Review # 1 was written on 2011-06-08 00:00:00 Jamie Jonasson I read this book at the beginning of freshman year. This book expanded my knowledge of wrestling by teaching me many more moves as well as wrestling terms. The book was not like a normal novel, it had a multiple pictures per move that were steps. Below the picture(s) was an explanation of each step.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-08-14 00:00:00 Richard Binion Very comprehensive book on wrestling. It covers all of the most effective moves of wrestling in a sequential pictorial format. Some may find this presentation confusing, but I find it extremely useful when combined with visualization. It's like a puzzle in a way. Your mind must visualize the sequence and order it and fix it properly. Read the book with the intend of solving a puzzle. This will greatly improve your techniques on the mat for your brain will be more thoroughly accustomed with the moves.
