This book is strong enough for a man and the balance is perfect for guys too Oh, hey, did you maybe feel excluded by that title? Guess what? This book tackles that. In 2001, Secret antiperspirant released three new scents: Ambition™, which this book has in its treatment of the burgeoning ambitions the Stanton family; Genuine™., which this book shows with Ellen Miles' sparse but authentic prose; and Optimism™, which is what you will feel right up until the point in this book when they release a murderous criminal back onto the streets of Stoneybrook. The real Secret in this book is not the Secret Society it so expertly describes, but the friendships we made along the way and also, actually it is the Secret Society. Actually, the secret to Secret's Platinum Clear Gel™ and Secret Invisible Solid™ is the micronized formula that goes on clear. But this book is far from formulaic, and you will make a Visible Solid™ when the shocking revelation of this scintillating novel is revealed to you. – Jack Shepherd and Tanner Greenring (P.S. We loved this one)

While I actually started reading around age 3 (thank you, my Granny's Dick and Jane books!), this series is what I remember most about loving to read during my childhood. My sister and I drank these books up like they were oxygen. I truly think we owned just about every single one from every one of the series. We even got the privilege of meeting Ann M. Martin at a book signing, but of course little starstruck me froze and could not speak a word to my biggest hero at that time. Once in awhile if I come across these at a yard sale, I will pick them up for a couple hour trip down memory lane, and I declare nearly nothing centers and relaxes me more!
