Review # 1 was written on 2008-05-28 00:00:00 Rex Hampton Miller takes the writings of St. Augustine, Madame Guyon Brother Lawrence, Teresa of Avila, Julian of Norwich, John Bunyan, The Penial God, Bernard of Clairvaux, Jean-Pierre de Caussade and Thomas a Kempis and communicates these writings in modern circumstances. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this book.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-03-26 00:00:00 Mikhail Prokhin A really strong reminder of what some of the great figures in Christian history have said about the journey to holiness, written in an engaging, punchy and poetic way that ends up being an exciting devotional read. This is very worth checking out.
