Review # 1 was written on 2010-12-09 00:00:00 Brooke Clemens Definitely a cookbook I will use at home. I am fascinated by the fusion of various flavors in some of these recipes. The more exotic, the more I want to try them.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-09-18 00:00:00 Byron Pendleton Some good recipes here. I wish the book were longer! If you are trying to be a vegetarian or a pescatarian but dislike or fear tofu (I have a deeply rooted tofu phobia) hunting down this out-of-print book could be worth while.
