Review # 2 was written on 2010-09-21 00:00:00 Frans van Eil Some good recipes here. I wish the book were longer! If you are trying to be a vegetarian or a pescatarian but dislike or fear tofu (I have a deeply rooted tofu phobia) hunting down this out-of-print book could be worth while.
