Review # 1 was written on 2018-05-28 00:00:00 Jovonne Bickerstaff Like many I am a fan of reading about lost treasures and thought this book would be just as interesting. It was a fun, quick read and just makes you want to go treasure hunting. The problems I have isn't about the book itself but involves my biggest pet peeve. People rushing to sell antiques or treasures to the highest bidder who usually is a private collector. These items vanish then usually turns up years later with a higher price tag and the cycle repeats. Certain treasures should be donated to museums to be preserved for future museums. Not everybody in the book sold their treasure or all of it and a did end up in museums or like those that found the Steamboat Arabia and created a wonderful museum so people can see the discovered historic treasure. Maybe my mind will be changed if I do ever find treasure.

Review # 2 was written on 2019-04-05 00:00:00 Kena Krutsinger Actually not bad. Short stories, great for the bathroom. The writing is certainly not literary, but the content, the stories of people either stumbling on something very valuable, or working for years and finally finding something very valuable, are interesting.
