Review # 1 was written on 2016-12-27 00:00:00 Christina Hime Overall, the book was quite educational and many of the recipes looked pretty good. My chief complaint is that too many of the ingredients in these recipes are too hard to come by in the area in which I live. I understand that many ingredients are difficult to find substitutes for (and maintain an authentic flavor), but I wish availability had been considered when choosing what recipes to include in the book. I would not hesitate, however, to buy another of Ms. Chan's books for the recipes that I can make.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-02-01 00:00:00 Stefanie Gladysz Great Historical book about how the Enigma was broken. Biographies of the men who participated. Later parts of the book address how the attempts were shown by current media and of those, which ones are the more accurate ones.
