The average rating for Enigma : How the Poles Broke the Nazi Code based on 2 reviews is 3.5 stars.
Review # 1 was written on 2010-10-10 00:00:00 Jason Graham This book tells a more complete and accurate story about Polish contributions to the cracking of the German Enigma code. In tone, it seems to display wounded national pride in its attempt to set the record straight; it would have been better simply to lay out the history and let facts speak for themselves. But a good book, and extremely valuable in helping to understand what really happened. |
Review # 2 was written on 2007-04-19 00:00:00 Jeremy Diamond Great Historical book about how the Enigma was broken. Biographies of the men who participated. Later parts of the book address how the attempts were shown by current media and of those, which ones are the more accurate ones. |
