Review # 1 was written on 2017-12-06 00:00:00 Sabs Johnson I found an old second-hand 60's version of this cookbook, and although the recipes aren't absolutely fabulous, they are good, and they brought back memories of dishes that I'd eaten in my childhood. My father was Dutch and I grew up eating many of the foods in this cookbook. It's a charming little book with lots of authentic recipes.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-11-26 00:00:00 Robert Sullivan Aside from some of the more obscure fish dishes, I get the impression that early New England cooking was substantially influenced (or share influences) with Dutch cooking. Interesting.
