Review # 1 was written on 2010-05-05 00:00:00 Jonathan Whitcombe Too bad you can't just get the book without the tin and candle. This is an excellent introduction to the "Daddy's Blessing," a family tradition from which all children would benefit. It is very short, even fathers could read it. :) No need for the rest of the kit.

What an inspirational way of reviewing the classic tales we've all come to love... seeing the world the way a child does! I own this beautiful little book, with wonderful graphics in color that help us to understand the stories and apply them to our own lives. That is what the Lord did in the parables! I would highly recommend it for all readers no matter the age. I suggest it for your bookcase or coffee table. BJ Riordan
