Review # 1 was written on 2007-11-21 00:00:00 Daniel Carpenter Contain the body of knowledge that is the background material for the CISSP certification. I did not find the book well-structured, and there is a lot of overlap. However, since it is published by the same people as who issue the certification, it is a must-have for all CISSP-candidates. However, when preparing for the material, please also look at Shon Harris's book.

Review # 2 was written on 2008-08-11 00:00:00 Shelly Vollmann I say "read" but I really only browsed it. The authors seem to have tried to put forward the most academically acceptable treatise on the ISC2 ten domains. This is not helpful for test preparation. We called this book the "yellow brick" for good reason. Spend your money on something else.
