Review # 1 was written on 2018-08-10 00:00:00 Thomas P Malone This book is very interestingly written, telling in story form the high and low lights of George Eastman's life. What makes an inventor successful? From this book one would have to say a great giftedness and a tenacious spirit. While he amassed large amounts of money, he also gave a great deal away. Anyone from the Rochester area cannot be unimpressed with the number of institutions that bear his mark. A well written book about a very interesting man.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-11-18 00:00:00 Andre Beier I really enjoyed this quick read. It combined my love of history, biography and photography. I'd consider this more of an 'intro' than an in depth biography. I received a copy from the publisher through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
