My opinion of the book [what happens to your body when you swim] is that is a book that give you good information on what makes swimming a good thing and how it helps people. I rated my book 5 stars because the book is interesting on how the story talks about swimming and also explains how swimming is a very good exercise and how it helps your body be healthy. And what happens to your body when you swim it's a nonfiction book. The events that occurred where weight training and speed.The main points where speed and training and swimming technique. For example the swimming technique are the aerobic portion of a swim routine is the actual swimming itself. for example for weight training strengthening muscles increases a swimmers speed and endurance in the water. The authors purpose for putting this information is to show readers how swimming effects your body in a health way. The title relates to the book by having all swimming good experience in doing swimming. For example aerobic exercise swimming increases a persons metabolism, which determines burn calories. Also a reason is that swimming is a good exercise to losing weight. In the text it said, that people who do a lot of water exercise loss weight. That means swimming helps people who want to loss weight. An interesting thing I learned from this book was that swimming is a good thing for muscles and bones to be strong. For example swimming makes the lungs' job easier is by strengthening respiratory muscles. The reason is that the muscles need to be strong by being exercises.In the story it said that "strong, firm muscles hold bones together better,giving the body a great posture. That means that being strong has a lot good befits in health problems. The book what happens to your body when you swim I will rate it 5 stars because it a good book of doing exercise when swimming. I will recommend this book for readers that are into doing exercise and who want to be healthy. My impression of the book is that it is a good book to help you be healthy and do exercise.
