Betty Crocker makes each recipe super easy because a. You use a type of cake mix in each cake recipe, so it saves time and b. It clearly lays out the recipe and steps for you with beautiful photographs. Plus, I like how there are different flavors for a healthy, diverse pallet (i.e. not just all chocolate, all traditional style cakes, etc., but cakes for gatherings, special occasions, parties, etc. - perfectly organized categories) I highly recommend this for every beginning baker or someone like me who just loves to bake and wants to up their baking game, let alone the fact that this book should be in every kitchen.
