This book is full of interesting facts which are not well documented elsewhere, on what it took to become a bomber crew member in the Luftwaffe. There are some fascinating insights into a prospective flyer's life as a trainee. The book is well written and easy to read. The accompanying pictures come with informative captions. I highly recommend it.
