Review # 1 was written on 2017-04-10 00:00:00 Thomas Ryan I enjoyed this book immensely, a true delight and fun read. I love mid century design and objects, especially low end and kitsch items such as the ones featured in this book. Let's be honest, it's mostly photos with small descriptions of the featured items and brief histories of the companies that produced the items in the book(when possible), but enjoyable nonetheless.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-04-02 00:00:00 Mark Cooper An inspiring collection of anecdotes and artwork from the career of an innovative designer. As design student, you don't often get to learn about famous female designers. This was such a treat! I am so glad that I took the time to get to know Scher's work. This book was a joy to read and will serve as a reminder to reinvigorate and reinvent my own designs as I enter the workforce.
