Review # 1 was written on 2015-08-25 00:00:00 Rick Callow A decent encyclopedia on this issue, but lacks depth (as much as encyclopedia entries can have) on some topics.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-01-29 00:00:00 Steve Atkinson The author of this book wrote this set of letters for publication in a northern newspaper. The letters are more public than a lot of letter collections and is pretty much reporting from camp on the march and on the line of battle. I've wanted to read it for years and now I'm glad I did.
