Review # 1 was written on 2018-07-21 00:00:00 Chris Davis A book full of memories for people who grew up in the 40's and 50's. That was the last of the era of mothers and grandmothers making clothing for themselves, their children and the household. Florals that will remind you of kitchen curtains and novelty prints that might have been pj's for the little ones or even café curtains. My favorites are the geometrics. I'd love to have some of those patterns today for table napkins, bags and cloth gift wraps. Nostalgic and fun just to browse through this book.
