Review # 1 was written on 2012-08-28 00:00:00 Hesham Nassier I thought this cookbook was excellent. Every recipe has a picture, which is massively important to me when trying to envision what I am baking. There is also a great variation in the types of baked goods represented in the book. It is very well organized into separate sections for different types of goods: cookies, cakes, etc. I quite enjoy many recipes out of this book as well as the presentation of all the pieces.

Review # 2 was written on 2017-04-10 00:00:00 Justin Henderson Good recipes, nothing too unique though. Got a few recipes from it on traditional desserts.
