Review # 1 was written on 2016-08-01 00:00:00 Catherine Oconnell I must give a disclaimer that Dr. Svara was on my dissertation committee. And, I have not read the book cover-to-cover. However, I used part of it to supplement my class on public administration class tonight as we discussed ethics. The book provided a nice framework. I am going to hang on to my library copy a little longer so I can take more of it in.

Public administrators challenge political leaders to help them govern wisely. We can't become tools of political masters.
