A cute collection of poems on different body parts and functions. Some were better than others- I personally liked A Sad Tale or Hey, Who Stole My Seat? and Your Brain's the Boss. Some reviewers have expressed concern over a few of the poems (Your Hormones are Exciting, Boy Parts, and Girl Parts). This book is not really for younger elementary age but average 5th and 6th graders would be more than mature enough for what little is said and would love the crass humor of some of the poems.

This is a fun book - I laughed more than a few times. As far as being inappropriate, I suppose it depends on what you discuss with your children. My kids know the correct anatomical terms for all the body parts. That said, they were bored by the genitalia poems and much more interested in the brain and heart.
