Review # 1 was written on 2014-05-14 00:00:00 Larry Dian I enjoyed the style of writing and the information. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because only 35 pages are about hiking in Alaska. The rest are details of individual paths. That's very useful too, don't get me wrong, but I was hoping to find out more about Alaska itself... but just little blurbs on each piece. I'm still glad I bought it!

Review # 2 was written on 2020-12-26 00:00:00 William Bright A solid collection of the vast Upper Peninsula's best hikes; even though it was published in 2008, it's still useful today. The maps, as is typical of those found in such guidebooks, are a bit small, however.
