Too many of them were not practical. For example, one page described a company that had no titles, rules or formal chain of command. As a manager in a 55,000 associate company, it is hard to imagine implementing that. The best approach is to strip each suggestion down to a principle and see if it can be applied in your case. Fortunately, with 1001 ideas, there are enough applicable ideas to help keep things fresh at work. |
