Review # 1 was written on 2020-09-24 00:00:00 Justin Hartzog I give this book an A for describing the exact nature of what happens in modern organizational transition/stressful circumstance. I wish the authors went into more detail on how to address/manage those that exhibit the traits that they dissect. For that reason it doesn't get hte full 5 stars.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-09-05 00:00:00 Richard Williams This book tries to teach not to stereotype by stereotyping. It's cultural knowledge is limited, and the brush used too broad for a college course. This is a middle school text at best.
