Review # 1 was written on 2014-12-31 00:00:00 Bruce Burt This book is a bit out of date, but is still a good resource on benchmarking and performance management. I liked the drilling down that the author has done on certain departments and there is a really good overall guide to why performance management is necessary in a post recession environment.
