Review # 1 was written on 2013-10-22 00:00:00 Michelle Pembrook A good introduction book to beginner readers on bats. It has a glossary in the beginning that helps the reader understand some terms. It discusses the two main groups of bats and their history and origin. How the bat sleeps, feeds and lives is covered. It also states how we shouldn't fear bats and how they are helpful to humans. |
Review # 2 was written on 2019-05-15 00:00:00 Jason Butler This book is good when discussing nocturnal/diurnal animals, and has lots of good vocabulary to introduce to the children. The pictures are all photographs, so the children will get to see what a real bat looks like. |
