Review # 1 was written on 2019-07-19 00:00:00 Susan Purnell Bought this book by mistake as the author has the same name as one I read all the time who writes medieval historical novels ...I gave it a go anyway but was not impressed ...the heroine is very unbelievable ..she seems to bounce from one catastrophy to another and comes up smelling of roses every time ..I will make sure I read the synopsis before buying another Elizabeth Chadwick book ......

Review # 2 was written on 2018-02-09 00:00:00 Thatcher Braley Can't we all be proud that Cassandra was such a strong woman and that she enjoyed good sex. She also was protective of all her children, black and white. I see skin blindness happening more and more and find it refreshing. It has only taken us over 150 years to realize white is not the only skin color. Hallelujah !
