Review # 1 was written on 2016-08-13 00:00:00 Timothy Murray The first chapter succinctly summarizes most of what you you could want to know about PR. The rest of the book I found to be either fluff or sheer technical necessity (as in how to do the calendar / budget).

Review # 2 was written on 2018-10-24 00:00:00 Perry Rice This book was the perfect refresher course on developing strategic communications plans. All communications professionals would benefit from reading this book. I feel more confident in the way I approach communications in my work! (Note that I read the old version that did not have much on social media. It is my one regret with the book. But I couldn't bring myself to pay $120 for the most recent version! But from what I've been told, everything else is pretty similar).
