It gives details to the spirit animal each person has, as well as the plants, crystals and colors. Each catergory tells the reader something new about themself, and how to emphasize qualities using crystals or plants. The reader can learn about how Native Americans look at the stars, and about the different directions and their meanings. Anyone that wants to explore themself more should read this book. It will give them a new perspective, and an enlightened feeling.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-03-19 00:00:00 Paul I Price jr This is a very short, simple book. I didn't find it to be well-written, but for an absolute beginner to Native American spirituality, it gives an easy to understand overview of the four directions, medicine wheels and totem animals.
