Review # 1 was written on 2013-11-05 00:00:00 Swedee Alkhafaji A lot of great scripture references and a lot of "food for thought" but felt at times I didn't know where the author was going with the book.

The author uses Biblical references and scientific studies to support his premise that we would all be healthier if we followed the Bible's guidelines on eating: Eat the food God told us to eat. Eat food as it was create before man corrupted it. Don't make food an idol. (addiction)
