Review # 1 was written on 2013-01-03 00:00:00 Peter Shih an outstanding algae indeed, I was amazed by the amount of nutrients and the numbers of studies conducted in several areas, something as rich as Spirulina can be beneficial for almost everything. The book was very well written and easy to understand, all the terms used were explained in an introduction in each chapter. Overall, everything you need to know about Spirulina is in there.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-08-02 00:00:00 Brian Delight This, obviously, is not a book that is always necessary or relevant to every individual yet, being currently "in the family way" this book has extremely timely information and brings a lot of confidence to the use of homeopathy to smooth the concerns of pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, post partum depression and healing. I have had great success with the small discomforts I've personally treated using this reference. Highly recommended, if it's your thing!
