Review # 1 was written on 2011-02-13 00:00:00 Melissa Tillotson I enjoy bilingual books for the most part, but what I didn't like about this is that the Spanish translation was literal. No effort was made to make the Spanish text rhyme. That's pure laziness since it's easy to make Spanish rhyme. In other words, the English text is more fun for children to read because of the rhythm and rhyme. I was also puzzled by the complicated text in the book. Clearly this is meant for adults to read for children. New readers would have struggled with it. I like concept that circles are everywhere, though. |
Review # 2 was written on 2012-01-20 00:00:00 Thomas Geer Learn about moving circles, circles you can eat, and other fun circles. Great way to learn about shapes in everyday life. The last two pages include an activity and helpful websites |
