| Review # 1 was written on 2015-09-18 00:00:00 Lisa Newsome A good primer if a bit repetitive. Not technical at all and thoughtfully explained, and I found the inclusion of mantras from the Vedas and short stories helpful. I wish the section on yoga had been more fleshed out with instructions rather than simply description, but within the introductory scope of the book it did its job well. |
