Review # 1 was written on 2013-05-10 00:00:00 Gary Kajiwara My Domme Partner in our F/F relationship directed that I read several books concerning rustic style in order to help her redecorate a recently inherited lake cabin. Since my personal tastes are quite girly girl, I added this volume to the list on my own. Hopefully my punishment for this display of naughtiness will not be too severe;) In any event, this totally delightful book will certainly be very instructive to anyone wanting to achieve a softer outdoorsy look. XOXOXOs to the author, Charlotte Lyons, and to the illustrator, Barbara Elliott Martin, for creating this well written and beautifully illustrated book!

Review # 2 was written on 2020-11-11 00:00:00 Sarah Faux meh. I don't know what I was expecting but this wasn't it. The drawings are sweet and happy as always, which is what drew me to the book ... but they outshine the photos. The suggestions are uninteresting. It looked like something you might find in a magazine spread or something - not worth a book.
