Review # 1 was written on 2012-02-11 00:00:00 Vivek Bhardwaj I am quite interested in historical San Francisco, so it was neat reading this book about the early days of the neighborhood in which I have been living for the past 4.5 years (Glen Park). Too bad there are no photos of our house in here. Recommended.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-04-16 00:00:00 Fernando Reyes Super love this. I learned so much about BeHi -- not just past, but present. The pictures are the best treasure of this book. I also liked the excerpts from the orally-narrated memoir-histories.
