(LL) This book was three stars until two things happened: 1. Page 83: "Jenna. If a nice gentleman asks you for a dance, it's rude to turn him down..." Ummm, excuse me? If you don't want to interact with someone for any reason you have every right to say no. It may seem like a small thing, but it didn't sit well with me. Two: ending the series the way it did and having one of the main characters not come back to camp for an easy fix in the plot? Lazy writing. I know it's a kid's book, but that doesn't mean the writing can be lazy or too convenient because it will and did come across that way.
