Review # 2 was written on 2017-07-16 00:00:00 Allie Miller This was a book I chose to read as a teaching tool for patient advocacy. As a human service professional, being an advocate for our clients/patients are second to being able to link them with outside resources for help (i.e. support groups, etc). The book is presented more of textbook style, but again, def one to have on your shelf if you are going into social work because the book also touches a lot on ethics, morals, etc.
