Review # 1 was written on 2013-11-14 00:00:00 Lee Pitts Great resource on the basic of coaching track & field. The part I found to be most interesting was about the mechanics of running. I feel like I will be better able to instruct the kiddos on what they need to correct in their form. The info on how to coach field events was also great because I know nothing about that. Definitely some good info I will go back and re-read before the start of the season.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-10-25 00:00:00 Justin Henderson Four stars because I'm a sucker for memoirs. That and the stories just ooze with nostalgia for my old cross country days in southern Ohio. Those of us middle aged runners who competed in rural HS cross country will easily relate. Others maybe not so much
