Starting with Marbury v. Madison, Professor Cheh takes you through the major court decisions and shows how they have become part of our overall system of government. Although originally targeted at law school students, her style and content are very accessible to anyone who has an interest in the law. Organized thematically, the articles include recent topics such as the Microsoft antitrust case, the O.J. Simpson trials, and the Clinton impeachment. |
