Review # 1 was written on 2019-09-10 00:00:00 John Mills This is said to be authored by Cicely Mary Barker. She died in 1973 and this was written in 2003. It's very different than the 4 previous books I've read. They take pictures of real plants and put in drawn fairies for the pictures, or it's all drawn, but it doesn't have the feel of Cicely at all. The poems are different and not the same. That being said, it's still a nice book about flowers and fairies and it brings the cuteness. I think it's a bad Cicely book, but it's a fine fairy book. I love the flowers they pick out. I wouldn't consider this a book by Cicely, but its in the style of her. I read this for myself.

Review # 2 was written on 2020-01-22 00:00:00 Don DaRinsplenta The illustrations in the book are collages made with Barker´s artwork and pictures of real flowers, to the effect that it cheapens Barker´s art. The poems she wrote were shortened and modernized. This reader was rather dissapointed.
