Review # 1 was written on 2014-01-06 00:00:00 Giovanna Gliner Not exactly sure how to rate this book, as it covers pretty much what the cover says. It's a good (if a little outdated) introduction to wine making and has several recipes that I am looking forward to trying out. My interest is more in fruit wines other than grape, so there were several parts of the book that I didn't really read very closely, but the descriptions of what the various ingredients involved in making wine actually did were very useful. As wine making is a hobby that requires quite a bit of patience, it will be some time before I can apply what I've learned. Still, it was worth the read.

Review # 2 was written on 2010-03-03 00:00:00 Richard Leach Little Free Library find - fun period piece from 1970. Mostly accurate and some good ideas.
