Review # 2 was written on 2016-10-22 00:00:00 Eric Poole This book was the perfect refresher course on developing strategic communications plans. All communications professionals would benefit from reading this book. I feel more confident in the way I approach communications in my work! (Note that I read the old version that did not have much on social media. It is my one regret with the book. But I couldn't bring myself to pay $120 for the most recent version! But from what I've been told, everything else is pretty similar). |
