Review # 1 was written on 2015-01-22 00:00:00 Marsha Snipe I guess it's a good basic book on massage, personally I only learned one new technique and had a general brush up on the basics.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-02-03 00:00:00 Kimberly Miller So many of the back massage techniques require the person receiving the massage to either lay face-down or be sat on, neither of which my husband was game for. I did learn a few things about how to use the muscles in my arms and hands so I don't wear out as quickly.
