Review # 1 was written on 2010-11-02 00:00:00 David Renegar Full of common sense ideas taht may not be common sense to some. Basically, it came down to "show your children the healthy way to live by example". Don't obsess about wieght, get plenty f sleep, eat regular meals, don't be hard on yourself in front of your children. Get them to talk about heir feelings, and by all means don't feel bad about not recognizing the problem right away, just get on with the healing, guilt does you no good!
